When I saw that in February I was shocked by this type of step by Google but later after understating it thoroughly I got really happy that now we will be able to get rid of websites who have low quality content, duplicate content and not at all useful pages websites. Google panda will remove all those websites and pages who have duplicate content and pages which are not at all useful for website visitors. In short spammers your website will be taken out of Google and then you will just wait for it to come in Google again.
