This is another website or online place where you may pay your online bills. This service has got ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001 certified. They have a long list of paying bills in all the states of India.

This website has offer to win diamond pendant and like other services even they have facilities to pay bill all over India. They even have customer portal for any kind of complaints related to online bill payments.
For bank customers, there are many banks which provide online bill payment facility to their customers and they are ICICI, HDFC and Citi Bank. There might be other banks too in this list too but I am mentioning these three as I have tried all three.

There are few limitations with these bank and that is, they have very few billers with them like MTNL, BSNL and for others like electricity and other stuff.
