How to Hide/Remove Ticker Box in Facebook (Mozilla Firefox)

Recently I had written an article on remove Facebook ticker in Google Chrome and now I am back with another article on how to remove, disable or hide Facebook ticker from Mozilla Firefox. As you all saw doing this was simple and easy for chrome and even for Mozilla Firefox it is very easy and all you need to do is just install a script through Grease monkey and and you are good to go.

As of now I have not checked this myself so can not guarantee the authenticity if the same but I feel it should work fine as it has been used many times till now now in this article I will explain for both Chrome and Mozilla firefox. So for chrome as mentioned earlier just install an extension from HERE and you are done and good to go.

I just got an update that the opening game between Ascot United and Wembley FC will be broadcast in Facebook and this will be brought by Budweiser and it can be seen on Budweiser Facebook fan page. This football match is going to be the first match which is going to be broadcast on facebook and I feel this will be appreciated by many viewers and I am all set to watch this match too. according to the Budweiser UK marketing director Iain Newell,

“As a long-standing supporter of football globally, Budweiser is committed to bringing the world’s most prestigious knockout competition closer to the fans. What better way to demonstrate this than by broadcasting the very first kick to a global audience via Facebook.”

This seems to be the next step taken by the web giant Facebook and very soon we will be seeing more live matches and movies on facebook. This live match of FA cup will broadcast on Facebook Friday 19 August, at 7.30pm. Facebook is going to get a huge viewer base because of this and even in future with this kind of plan Facebook can give tough time to Google plus. Now when we talk about streaming of this, it will be available on Budweiser facebook page and this can be found HERE and there will be one more app made available by the beer giant which can will be published soon lo Loudable.

We all know that Facebook has recently launched video chat on Facebook with Skype and now it is available to every one. today morning I got up and saw this news that Facebook has already launched its video calling service in association with Skype. I wanted to install this as soon as possible on my facebook account so all I did was just went to http://facebook.com/videocalling and then clicked on Get Started and then clicked on run set up and that is it. I was able to chat with my friends and even now while writing this post I am chatting with video call with my friends and I am really enjoying it a lot.

There is no region constraint that it can not be activated in India, few viewers asked me if it can be activated in India and the simple answer is yes and you can easily activate or set up Facebook video chat in your Facebook account. now I will take you through the step by step tutorial on this and this will help you to activate and set up Facebook video chat in your account. Pakistan Now Bans YouTube

After banning Facebook Pakistan has now banned YouTube because of anti islamic videos on YouTube. This step was taken was Pakistani government after directing its internet service providers (ISP) to ban it with immediate effect. As of now there has been no comments from YouTube and Facebook on this action by Pakistani government.

After all this incidence where is freedom of speech and democratic freedom. Countries like Pakistan and Australia banning popular sites like Facebook and YouTube and other sites does not give a very good impression to other countries for sure.
