Bloggers using Windows Live Writer to post their articles on Self Hosted WordPress Platforms must have come across a very common problem. Bloggers are not able to post their articles directly to “All in one SEO”. Everytime you post an article, you need to log in to your WordPress id and then post the entry.

But now there is no need of doing that. There is a new plugin which will let you post your articles in All in One SEO directly from Live Writer. For doing that just simply download the following plugin.
All in one SEO Pack Windows Live Writer Bridge
Once you download the above plugin, you need to install it as well. There are two major parts of the which need to be installed before you can actually start using it.
- Install the WordPress Plugin
This plugin will be required to be activated on your WordPress blog. Just go to the WP admin, and add the “All in one SEO WLW Bridge” into the WP-content/Plugin’s directory, and just click on activate.
- Install the Windows Live Writer Plugin
Now upload the “SEO WLW Bridge” to your Windows Live Writer Plugin Directory.
Post the Article in “All in One SEO Pack”
After installation is complete all you need to do is write a post and use the following process to post the article to SEO Pack.
- Go to the end of the post and place your cursor there. Now click on source.
- Now to go to the Top Menu and click on Insert. From the drop down menu click on “Add SEO Information”.
- Fill up the form that opens up in the pop-up window. Fill all the details that you need to add to the “All in one SEO Pack”. And just click on AddAIOSEO Details.
And with this you are done posting the article directly to the All in one SEO Pack without going through the hassle of opening your WordPress and then adding on all the details.

Do you know what version of WordPress this works with? I can’t get the SEO part to work. It places the code, but the code doesn’t get translated into meta tags on the site. Bottom line, no title changes or description added, etc.
Would love to get this working!
