I just now published article on TATA Docomo launching HTC Chacha in India and now there is another ripper from TATA Indicom as they are offering Blackberry plans to their subscribers and it is available for rupees 99, 199 and 599 for first three months and after that it will be rupees 299, 399 and 999 rupees respectively for TATA Indicom users. In the 99 rs offer users can get Blackberry messenger and 10 email accounts.
