Hootsuite is one such web hosting client, that allows you to manage multiple accounts. Hootsuite allows you to manage all your tweets and schedule them. All you have to do is add the URL of the tweet and then click on the send later icon. Manage multiple accounts and create your own Twitter lists. Manage your updates from Facebook. You can even share pictures with Flickr, mobypicture and Twitgoo. You can post your status within Tweetdeck and the best feature which we feel is avoid spam in Twitter with Tweetdeck spam button. There are lot of keyboard shortcuts are available in Tweet deck too.

This is powered by Adobe air and it supports Windows and Mac OSX, you can reply, send messages, see your archive where you can see your last Twitter activity, select your favourites, see your friend followers, look up and search, connect it with ping.fm and Jaiku account, follow people and even open multiple accounts. The second account will be opened in new window which is pretty small and in this you can even set font type and size. All in all a good application for people who love to have big thing in a small package. It also cross post your updates on Facebook, Myspace, Ping.fm. It post images to yfrog and sends a link to view it and find tweets which has user name. you can even record video on Seesmic video and share it on Twitter.
Seesmic Web
Seesmic is another desktop application for twitter. It has an email like interface that is very simple to use. And you can also view your tweets in a condensed form. You can also view the lists of people who are their in your network. You can also use Google Maps application in this application.
CoTweet
This is another desktop application which lets you add multiple accounts , it has integration with ping.fm which lets you add your tweet to many accounts. It also monitors keywords and trends . All in all a good package where you need not install anything , just log in get started.
Digsby
This tool is really good to have most of your account at one place. Here you can integrate your Yahoo messenger, Twitter, Facebook and many more. This application lets you dislike status messages on Facebook and has good interface.

I use digsby because I can manage all my social network account at one place. Besides, I can manage multiple email account too.
I have been using hootsuite for quite some time as it allows me to schedule tweets. i generally use it to schedule tweets about my blog posts for different time zones. Haven’t tried others though. Thanks for informing about them, will give them a try..
