Few days back I wrote an article on iPad2 price in USA and that article has got good response from around the globe. Now I have decided to write an article on best and cheapest tablet pc in India with comparison and price. There are many tablet pc in India like Apple iPad2, Samsung galaxy tablet, Motorola Xoom, HCL tablet, Wespro tablet, LG optimus and Dell streak tablets. In recent times, Indians have started buying tablet pc and there has been a boom in this industry. I recently been to one of the electronics stores and got chance to try my hands on Apple iPad2, Dell streak and Samsung galaxy. I am planning to buy a tablet PC hence doping an extensive research on best tablet PC in India and have come to conclusion that no tablet PC is the best however they are giving tough competition to each other. So now lets have a look at the various tablets PC available in the Indian market.
Apple iPad 2
Apple is the undisputed leader in the tablet PC market, first iPad by Apple was not a huge hit in the market as it did not have the PDF reader, flash compatibility and many other features too. Apple realised this thing and came up with iPad 2 and no doubt this time they came up with many features and became the leader in the tablet market. iPad 2 has amazing operating system and gives it amazing speed and power, apart from this it comes up with damn cool smart cover and dual camera. Now when we look at the various features of Apple iPad 2, it is is below,
Connectivity: wi-fi and 3G, bluetooth 2.1, Operating system: iOS 4.3. Sensors with Ambient light sensor and Gyro. Weight: Wi-Fi Model- 601g and with wi-fi and 3G: 613g and Camera: dual camera, one at the front and one at the back.
Price in India of Apple iPad 2 is 34,900.
Wespro ePad : Cheapest in India
Wespro ePad is till now the cheapest tablet PC in India as it is available for 6,999 INR, Wespro tablet has 7 inch screen with Android 2.1 OS. Its memory is expandable up to 32 GB with wi-fi, internet surfing, YouTube, Yahoo messenger. Its weight is 420 gm and battery back up is 4-5 hours and comes with Li-polymer 7.4V 1400mAh and size of this tablet is 20.3 x 13.6 x 1.0 cm. It has memory of 2 GB , wi-fi, sound card, USA port, microphone and speakers. In India, it comes up with price of 6,999 rupees.
Samsung Galaxy Tab
This is another ripper of a tablet in Indian market, it comes with 7 inch multi touch display with the latest android OS 2.2. It comes with 3G, wi-fi connectivity, bluetooth 3.0. It has dual camera too and it has resolution of 1.3 mega pixel and 3 mega pixel, it has amazing Cortex A8 1.0GHz processor with 4000 mAh battery which will give it long battery back up. It also come with full HD video player and video recording. Price of Samsung galaxy tab in India is only 23,5000. It is not one of the cheapest however Samsung galaxy is loaded with many features and one of the best tablet PC in India.
HCL Tablet PC
HCL tablet is another one of the cheapest tablet PC in India, when it was launched it came with the price of 14,990 rupees. HCL tablet comes in black color body and comes in three variants. Variants with minimum features comes with the price of 14,990 rs. and it is named as HCl ME tablet AE7-A1. HCl ME tablet AE7-A1 has 7 inch screen, android 2.2 OS, 256 MB ram and 2 Gb internal memory. The nest variant HCl ME tablet AM-A1 comes for 25,500 rupees and has cortex processor, 512 MB ram and 8 GB memory. The last variant has price of 32,990.
Dell Streak 5 Android Tablet
Dell has also come in the tablet market and they have come with the smaller screen but powerful tablet PC. It come with 5 inch screen and 2.2 Android OS, with touch screen. Its a perfect book reader and it is possible because of powerful processor of 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon. It come with video recording with 5 mega pixel camera and amazing battery back up. I have tried my hands on this amazing Dell streak and let me tell you this is one amazing gadget. price of Dell streak in India is 24,500.
